“A wildlife crossing in the Charente-Maritime, France, above the A10 highway is used by an incredible number of animals throughout the year. This construction allows animals to cross freely and moreover, safely. On this image, a stag is peacefully grazing above the busy highway. This photograph is the result of a 5-month project with the hope of obtaining a unique image I had been dreaming of for years. An image that tells a story, about how humans and animals can coexist and evolve around a structure allowing ecological continuity and animals to travel free and safe.”
